- took my mother's computer to starbucks to test if my wireless log
in info would work on her computer (like she asked), so she can get
wireless, and i can cancel my subscription.
- worked while at starbucks. started personal essay for the grant
application (freaking tough to write those). wrote to some potential
contacts in croatia about possible support for my grant. found one
woman who has interests similar to mine. and i read about her stuff in
croatian! i tried writing one of the messages using croatian... i hope
they don't laugh to hard at me. the guy whose name i was given seems to
have a full inbox.. so, random poking in the dark for a contact who may
direct the course of my life for one year. seems sorta lame to play
lottery with my life like that, but i need a letter of support from a
university over there.
- went to the grocery store next door
- left. got in my car.
- noticed i didn't have my sunglasses. i like my sunglasses.
- went back to the gorcery store. found them in the basket.
- drove home. past traffic. annoying drive.
- about to park, and realize left power cord at starbucks.
- drove back to starbucks. got power cord.
- got home. found an annoyed message from my mother asking why i
took her computer. (she told me to do this... but she instructed me 3
days ago).
- made dinner for my father, but was unable to eat it with him
because stupid dynamis. i felt so bad being antisocial that way.
leaving him to eat dinner alone. especially since they took forever to
start.
- got back to jeuno. realized why my ruby ring came back from the AH. i put it up for 2.1 million gil. instead of 210k. oops.
- dyed my hair platinum blonde.
